Eyesight & Hearing conservation is one of our largest service
projects.
Here are some of the areas that the Kent Lions works with sight issues:
- Local used eyeglass collections (for more information, see tab to
the left)
- Eyeglass distribution worldwide (for more information, see tab to
the left)
- Eye exams and eyeglass purchases for local kids in school (for
more information, see tab to the left)
- Support to the Northwest Lions Foundation for Sight & Hearing (for
more information, see tab to the left)
- Diabetes research and youth camp support (for more information,
see tab to the left)
- Guide Dogs training support and placement (for more information,
see tab to the left)
- Lions Health Screening Unit at Kent Cornucopia Days
- White Cane Days awareness and fundraising
